Gateway offers home sellers and buyers choices in levels of service.  You only pay for the services you need rather than a “one size fits all” commission. The platform is similar to what you might find with a lawyer or accountant, along with that of a traditional real estate agent.

There are four levels of service for home sellers.  Levels 1 through 3 are available for any property located in the state of Maine.  The traditional full-service option is only available in the greater Portland area, since proximity is required to fulfill all services.

We can work with a limited number of buyers as a full-service agent. Primarily with those who list homes to sell with us. We can also help buyers who prefer to search mostly on their own on a contractual or hourly basis. Help with writing up offers, reviewing disclosures, CMA’s for properties of interest, etc. Please contact us for details.
